We only lend to the people of BC and Yukon.
Patients and Public: Limit of 4 Patient/Public items: BC
and Yukon residents may request up to 4 items. All items must be
labelled Patient or Public.
If you wish to borrow any items labelled as Professional, you must
do so through your local library’s Interlibrary Loan service.
Staff Requests: No limits on numbers of items. Delivery varies: you may be notified
to come and pick up at your local BCCA library, or we may send
you the items via
interoffice mail. We will confirm with you before finalizing the
loan.
Professional Label: Items labelled as Professional are
only available to BCCA
Staff. All others may request to borrow these items via your local
library’s
Interlibrary Loan service.
Pamphlets: single copies or a photocopy
only, no bulk orders.
Models and Posters: Special or odd-shaped
materials are by pickup or special arrangement such as courier.
